1-2] At 7:34PM Supervisor Tompkins opened the meeting with the pledge to the American flag.

3] Comments from the floor: No comments or concerns.

4] Nancy Partridge - road concerns: Nancy Partridge and a family member had photos of culverts eroding during heavy rains, they are concerned about flooding into buildings. Copies of pictures on her phone, were printed for the board. The board decided to have Board members, the Highway Superintendent, Greene County Soil and Water, Joel Dubois to see what legally can be done. Nancy Partridge also asked if horse crossing signs can be put up, traffic goes thru extremely fast for the horses and riders. She is concerned for their safety. The Town Highway Superintendent will check on this. The town clerk will send the paperwork for the speed signs to the county, to get the process started.
Nancy also said her flower bed with Sign, was knocked into during plowing by the town. The Supervisor and Town Board will check with the town attorney, if we are liable, it will be taken care of.

5] Ambulance Fees Report: The board members each reviewed and signed the report.

13] Update on Ambulance Quarters: Supervisor Tompkins told the Board the stamped plans have been sent to GNH Lumber.

Jessica Greene and her family asked what can be done regarding the dog belonging to Nancy Partridge that bit her causing nerve damage. She stated the dog comes on their lawn and property, is not tied, or confined. They are afraid of this dog. The board agreed she should call Mr. Feml again and the police, if nothing is done contact the board and the board will contact the town attorney.

14] Charge Backs 9/1/2023 -8/31/2024: Reviewed by the board- balance sheets for A 430 account for: assessment rolls, tax bills, state software licensing fee, erroneous assessments, and various other charges.
15] Catskill Center for Conservation & Development:
16] NYS DOT Speed limit request of June 2023 - The Town Clerk and Greene County Highway Superintendent received a letter from NYS DOT postmarked August 30th 2024 regarding the speed limit request on County Route 63 (West Settlement Road) sent to NYSDOT in June 2023. A letter received by the Town and County from NYSDOT approving the speed limit to be established to 40mph from statewide 55mph.
